Golf Cart Rules

Please park returned cart in front office with the key in it, turned off, and parking break on by 9:00pm on your return date.

Drivers of golf carts must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license. Anyone not being compliant, will be charged a $100.00 fee and the golf cart will be revoked with no refunds.

Golf cart(s) and battery charger(s) must be returned in the same condition as received, ordinary wear and tear excepted, and to pay for any damage incurred. Battery chargers must not be exposed to water.

Timberstone RV Resort assumes no responsibility or liability for any damage or injury to any person or persons and/or property caused by the use of the leased unit(s). Lessee assumes all liability for any and all damages to golf cart(s).

Golf carts must not be taken off premises. If caught off premises there will be a $200 fee and rental will be revoked with no refund.

Music must be kept at a reasonable volume and free of inappropriate content while using the golf carts, out of respect for other guests.

If the rented golf cart(s) are not returned by 9:00 pm, which marks the end of the rental period, an additional daily rental fee of $45 will be charged to your account.

If you wreck or damage your rental golf cart you will be responsible for the damage, labor, and the time the golf cart cannot be rented due to damages.

No refunds shall be issued for early termination of this lease agreement for any reason. No refunds shall be issued under any circumstances for the removal of cart privileges due to speeding or any other violation of rules or policies
Privately Owned Golf Cart Argreement

Electric carts only. All golf carts must be registered at check-in and require a permit, which must be prominently displayed.

Drivers must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license. Any person found to be noncompliant with these requirements will be assessed a $100.00 fee.

I understand that driving or riding in a golf cart may result in serious injury, property damage, or death, and that golf carts are to be used for transportation purposes only and must comply with all Timberstone RV Resort rules and regulations.

Privately owned golf carts must have proof of liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $50,000, which must be presented at check-in.

I acknowledge that I will not operate my golf cart during the resort's designated quiet hours and agree to accept any stated penalties for violations of this rule.

Music must be kept at a reasonable volume and must not contain inappropriate content while operating the golf cart, out of respect for other guests.

No excessive speeding (maximum speed of 10 MPH throughout the resort),joy riding, disregard of traffic signs, or any other unreasonable or unsafe activity will not be tolerated by Timberstone RV Resort.

The golf cart must be parked only on the concrete pad of the rented site and may not be parked on streets, empty sites, grass, or landscaped areas.

I acknowledge that Timberstone RV Resort provides warnings regarding violations of applicable rules and agree that, in the event my golf cart is used in violation of resort rules, Timberstone RV Resort may assess fines against me.
